Germantown Baptist Church is one of CORD/Shared Church Services’ founding members. The birth of SCS was a direct answer to prayer, and has been ordained of God from the very beginning. In the late 1980’s, as a Church Business Administrator, I began to recognize the need in the Mid-South for an organization of churches and Christian ministries for the purpose of:

FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH

First Assembly of God, Cordova, Tennessee, is a strong supporter of the Shared Church Services program. As the church business administrator for First Assembly, I greatly appreciate the way SCS has assisted our church and school with savings from various vendors. The savings that we retained through dealing with SCS has permitted us to put thousands of dollars back into our numerous mission projects for continued growth. BROADMOOR BAPTIST CHURCH

Broadmoor Baptist Church, Madison, Mississippi, joined hands with Shared Church Services in 1993. During the first few years, the savings were critical to our church because we were in "survival mode", while we were deciding whether or not to relocate. With the help of Shared Church Services, Broadmoor Baptist was able to hold our budget to the current level in several areas during that time, which allowed us to maintain our ministries and staff for the strength of the church.
After we decided to relocate to our present church campus, the importance of SCS became keenly apparent again. The savings realized in the purchase of furnishings and other services translated into improving the quality of our new facility and our impact of the community of Madison, MS.
